The Employee Wellbeing feature aims to enhance the overall health and happiness of employees, acknowledging that a supportive work environment greatly impacts productivity and job satisfaction.
Accessing the 1:1 Meeting
- To access the 1:1 Meeting feature, click the App icon in the navigation bar and select 1:1 Meeting.
- In the 1:1 Meeting, you will find two tabs: My Meeting and Meeting Summary.
- In the My Meeting tab, you will find two sections: Created by Me and Assigned to Me.
- You can start a meeting by clicking on the Schedule meeting button.
Creating a New Meeting
- Click the Schedule Meeting button.
- Select an employee for the 1:1 meeting. You can also add additional employees by clicking Add Other Employees (optional).
- Enter the Meeting Title, choose the Date, and specify the Start and End Times. Select the Timezone from the dropdown menu. The duration will automatically be displayed based on the start and end times.
- You can add Talking Points for the meeting.
- Click Save to successfully schedule the meeting.
Viewing Meeting Information
- The Created by Me tab contains meetings created by me and the Assigned to Me tab shows meetings that were created by others and assigned to me.
- The Created by Me and Assigned to Me tabs will display details for Scheduled, Completed, and Cancelled meetings.
- The employee who schedules the meeting can perform three actions: View Meeting, Complete Meeting, and Cancel Meeting.
- For Cancelled and Completed meetings, you can only View the meeting information.
Meeting Summary
- On the Meeting Summary tab, choose the desired Date and click the Apply button to view the meeting summary for the selected date. Click the Reset button to clear your selection.
- The summary will show the count of Total Meetings, Completed Meeting, Upcoming Meeting and Pending Meeting.
- You can also view a line chart illustrating the usage of 1:1 meetings over time.
- Meeting details, including the title, date, duration, status, and actions, are displayed. Click the View action to access the meeting information.
