The My Performance module provides employees with a centralized view of their performance evaluations. It allows users to access their review cycles, view summaries of their ratings, and track their performance progress over time. This module ensures transparency in the review process by offering insights into feedback and overall performance outcomes.

To access My Performance

1. Click the App icon in the navigation bar and select Performance.
2. In the Review tab, navigate to the My Performance section.

   

3. You will see the issued review cycle with details such as Date, Cycle Name, Rating, and Allocated Band.
4. Click the More icon to access the View Performance option.
5. A dialog page will display the performance summary for the review cycle.
6. You can view the overall summary, including Rating, Band, and Review Summary.
7. Additionally, you can view individual reviewers’ ratings based on the permission.
8. Ratings for Competency, Core, Goal, and Questions will also be displayed for detailed insight.
