Customized Question Bank for performance analysis consists of specific queries designed to assess an employee’s performance. These questions can focus on various aspects, such as job responsibilities, skills, and goals, offering a straightforward method for evaluation. This approach helps organizations gather valuable insights for informed decision-making and supports employee development.
Creating Customized Questions
Navigate to the Settings tab, where you will find three sections: Rating Scale, Question Bank, and Measurements.
Setting Up the Rating Scale
- Before creating a question, you must first set up the rating scale.
- To create a rating scale for the question template, navigate to the Rating Scale tab.
- Define the rating scale level (either 5-point or 10-point).
Note: Once selected, the rating scale level cannot be changed.
- You can enable or disable Decimal Ratings based on your preference.
- Click Save to set the rating scale level.
- To create a scale, click Create Scale.
- Enter the Name and Description for the rating scale.
- Provide the Name and Description for each rating score and click Save.
- After successfully creating the rating scale, you can View, Edit, or Delete it using the respective action icons.
Question Bank
- After setting up the Rating Scale, Click on the Question Bank tab to add questions.
- Click on the Add Template button, a dialog will be opened.
- Enter the Template Name and Description.
- Add the question and choose the Response Type from the dropdown.
- If you choose Comments, the rating scale will be disabled.
- If you choose Rating, you will need to choose the rating scale.
Note: The created rating scale will be loaded when selecting Rating. - Click Add Question to include more questions in the template.
- To remove a question, click the Delete action icon.
- Once all questions are added, click Save to successfully create the template.
- You can Edit or Delete the created template as needed.
